This is one of my favourite radio interviews so far, and I do a lot of radio interviews! In an inspiring interview featured on Primedia Plus, 702 invited me to share my remarkable journey with renowned broadcaster Gugs Mhlungu. The conversation delved deep into my contributions to science, my passion for education, and my vision for future STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) research and communication in Africa.

One of the most poignant moments in the interview was sharing with the world that I’m a sangoma (spiritual healer), and that moment was a game-changer because it set a new trajectory for the interview. It painted a picture of my identity as an ocean scientist and born water healer.
